Sales Tax
8.75% Sales Tax is applied to all orders shipping within the state of California.
Shipping
Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. At this time, we only ship to continental U.S. addresses. Designs in stock should arrive on your doorstep in 5-7 business days. No merchandise can be shipped to a post office box. All items are shipped insured.
Backorders
If an eco-friendly item you order is currently out of stock, we will contact you immediately via email.
Returns
Wabisabi Green's EcoArt throw pillows and EcoArt canvas tote bags are handprinted and are therefore considered to be custom items. Our Custom Order Policy is no changes, no cancellations, no returns, no refunds. Please contact us with any questions that you may have about our green products before you place your order. We are happy to help.
If your item is incorrect or damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 760.445.9225 or by email and we will work with you to correct the problem. Please retain all packaging materials.
